Mr. Graeme Prior is the co-founder and CEO of Hall & Prior, a nationally recognized leader in aged care delivery, quality and innovation. Founded in 1992 with a single nursing home, under Mr. Prior’s leadership, the organization has expanded to 25 ‘centres for healing’ across Australia, providing world-class care to 1,600 residents and employing 2,100 staff. Mr. Prior has dedicated over 25 years to shaping aged care delivery, actively engaging with Australia’s senior community, government, industry professionals, and healthcare workers to identify sector trends and influence the delivery of improved welfare and health outcomes. He leads Hall & Prior’s commitment to accessible, high-quality care, research, education, and sector investment, including the design and construction of new aged care homes to meet Australia’s growing demand. A thought leader in the industry, Mr. Prior advocates for improved aged care through education, workforce development, and technology to implement evidence-based practices. His focus is on creating knowledge to better evaluate, plan, and deliver care services. Born and educated in Perth, Mr. Prior earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia in 1983.
